This closing plenary will focus on sharing Elder perspectives on partnering with purpose. The session will bring in themes of how partnerships can be restorative, healing, and grounded in social justice. The session will close with a call to action to conference attendees to authentically engage in partnerships across the lifespan, engaging more deeply and intentionally.

AMCHP will be presenting Hutchins Awards and Excellence in State MCH Award.
