Priya Iyer is the Founder & CEO of Our Roots, a social venture that virtually connects BIPOC perinatal communities impacted by poverty to peer support coaches who share lived experiences to prevent anxiety and depression. Priya is the proud mama of a 3 year old and 1 year old, she holds an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University, and she's the daughter of Indian immigrants. Our Roots has been fueled by mission-aligned funders including Camelback Ventures Fellowship, California Health Care Foundation, Fast Forward, Tipping Point, and W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
