(VP63) Title V and Fatality Review Teams: Partnering with Intention to Reduce Fetal, Infant and Child Deaths

The Children’s Safety Network (CSN) partners with federal, state, and local organizations to reduce injury and violence-related deaths, hospitalizations, and emergency department visits, advance health equity, and promote wellbeing among U.S. infants, children and adolescents. CSN provides technical assistance (TA) to all Title V agencies, facilitates the Child Safety Learning Collaborative (CSLC), and coordinates the Children’s Safety Now Alliance (CSN-A), a national coalition of child safety leaders from federal and state agencies, hospitals, and universities.
