Amy Margolis, MPH, is HHS Office of Population Affairs' Deputy Director. From 2019 until 2022, Amy was the Director of OPA’s Division of Program Development and Operations where she led the planning, implementation, and technical assistance for the Title X Family Planning Service Delivery Program and the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program. For ten years prior to joining OPA, Amy was the Director of Program Development at the OASH Office of Adolescent Health, where she oversaw the creation and implementation of the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program. Prior to that, she oversaw family planning research and evaluation projects for OPA and worked with national, state, and local organizations to implement and evaluate school health programs at CDC. Amy received her BS from Cornell University, her MPH from Emory University, and is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.
